Our delivery and returns policies are listed below to help make sure we meet your expectations.

Shipping and Delivery

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and received by our warehouse team. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Our operating hours are weekdays 9am - 5pm EST.

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the delivery details and a link to track your parcel online. Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.

Returns and Replacements

Defective or unworn and unwashed items can be returned for the value purchased. Items must have the tag attached in order to be returned.

All return claims can be sent to retail@pinkmartinicollection.com for approval, keep in mind there is a pre-paid return label attached to your parcel. All you need to do is attach a pre-paid return label to the parcel and drop it off at any Canada Post Station. Once we receive all return items we will refund your card with an email return notification. Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed, and received.

Please note that we accept free exchanges.

We do not credit any Pink Martini merchandise purchased from department stores or independent boutiques.
