I may have been disappointed in my response from Pink Martini but I’m definitely not disappointed in the jacket. It is well designed and really comfortable. I’ve bought many things over the years and I’ve always been happy with my purchases.
I would love to review my jacket if only it wasn’t sitting at the post office. I was originally told in an email confirming my purchase that it was going to be shipped by FedEx which, of course, it wasn’t. Otherwise, I still wouldn’t be waiting for it. When I phoned last week, after receiving the first request to rate my purchase, I was told that the owner or the person in charge of shipping would get back to me on Monday. I still haven’t heard from anyone. I thought for sure that Pink Martini would do the right thing and ship me another jacket. In spite of what you say, you have not fulfilled my order. I am really disappointed.
